Moulton Taggart: London Based Chartered Quantity Surveyors Moulton Taggart is a Chartered Quantity Surveyors, based in Islington, London, and was founded by the two Partners in 1999. Jonathan Moulton has taken over the running of the growing practice entirely.

With over twenty years' experience in private practice quantity surveying has gained him a wealth of experience. As well as being involved on a day-to-day basis in the majority of the projects, his current role includes managing the practice and day to day liaison with clients and design professionals.
