Freedom Worship Centre (2026)
Provided Quantity Surveying services for a new worship centre development comprising a main worship space, community facilities, and residential accommodation. Phase 1 comprises the construction of a new-build house and community hall, currently under construction, while Phase 2 comprises the construction of a new Worship Hall. The project supported the client's vision of creating a multifunctional community hub serving both religious and wider local community needs.

Former Police Station Redevelopment (2025)
Provided quantity surveying services for the conversion of a former police station into eight residential apartments, alongside the construction of a new two-storey house and a single-storey commercial unit. The development also included a refuge area and Porter's Office, creating a mixed-use scheme within a previously developed site.

Albert Terrace Residential Refurbishment (2025)
Delivered quantity surveying services for the alteration, refurbishment and extension of an existing private residence. The high-end project included bespoke marble bathrooms, custom fitted joinery throughout the bedrooms and kitchen, and extensive internal and external improvements.

Provided quantity surveying services for the conversion of existing lower ground floor storage areas within three occupied residential blocks into ten new flats for social rent.
